First stage was a 30 minute relaxed coffee chat on Teams where they asked about previous experience and motivation for applying for the position, and then the second stage was an hour interview on site with two members of the team. Had to chase for feedback.

Online screening which was a mor relaxed conversation and then an invite onsite for a typical interview. Received a response about a week later. Whole process took about a month
I was interviewing by two mangares who asked me about previous employments, things that I have achieved and skills gained. Had to think of my weaknessess and strenghts, and things I most proud of.
