Interview process goes in 4 separate eliminatory phases:
Tests with all other candidates in joint group
First interview with HR representative and line manager
Second interview with HR director and sales director
Third final interview with HR director and Country Head

Tests : Intelligence, Psychological, Mathematics, English
All three other interviews are more or less standard interviews except the first one which is aiming soft skills for the position
