A short phone screening with the recruiter where they asked practical questions (commuting, salary expectation etc). First round with the hiring manager. Second round with two other team members. Final round with the senior manager of the team.

Question 1
Very friendly and nice people. Since none of the interviewers were recruiters, no behavioral questions were asked. They also did not ask any technical questions. HEINEKEN seems to care more about whether you match their vibe rather than your hard skills, as they probably assume you have the hard skills.
