TikTok Intership interview questions

Interview process was quite mid, nothing great about it. Very disappointing that they focus on locals but advertise their internship as available to everyone. Tiktok is supposedly a company that doesn't discriminate and I understand local audience requires local workers. But until the interview I had no idea that it was a requirment.
