First round was a 45 minute call with a PM on the team you're interviewing for. If you mention mandarin on your resume, they will switch halfway through the interview to use mandarin. Then, they take more than a month to even get back to you.

They arranged 3 rounds of interviews with all team members, not the hiring manager. I felt like it was not the typical process because one of them said they were changing the direction of this role.
