Most unprofessional interview process I've had in a very long time. No reply from the recruiter despite completing the full process - total waste of time. Very concerning as to how they are running their business strategy

second round get rescheduled and fast response.

They arranged 3 rounds of interviews with all team members, not the hiring manager. I felt like it was not the typical process because one of them said they were changing the direction of this role.
