TikTok Machine Learning Engineer interview questions

Recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn, then three technical interviews. Process is pretty disingenuous, interviewers seem disengaged and I never got a real sense of what they were working on and why it was interesting.

Screening interview by an HR manager who basically just read off a script about how much of a "tech giant" TikTok are. Coding interview with an uninterested guy in a noisy cafeteria, clearly didn't care at all about what he was doing.
