Interview process for TikTok SWE internship was challenging but fair. Questions tested strong fundamentals in data structures and problem solving. Interviewers were professional. Communication and scheduling were done well. Interview process was overall very smooth.
There are four rounds total. First two rounds are technical where you have to code and answer followups, and then two rounds of hiring manager chat which I didn't get to.
