Too negative experience. Me and my mates were spammed by their recruiters. One lead contacted me directly and said my experience suited their needs well and wanted me to have an interview. In the second tech round I found the interviewer was not concentrated on the interview. They interviewed neither anything related to the job nor to my experience. Then I got rejected, and the recruiter said my experience didn't fit their need. This situation was pretty similar to my other SWE mates who had interview with TikTok.
I suspect they didn't sincerely want to recruit any Australia-based guys. The recruitment (I guess) was either their KPI or the way to nominate oversea employees ( e.g. their bytedance HQ's employees )

This is a specific Ad Creative team position for new grads. The first round of interviews asks one Leetcode easy question. The second round requests a system design after a data structure object design. Got a rejection letter after three days.
