I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Tim Hortons (Toronto, ON) in Apr 2019
Interview
They ask normal questions like what do you do, who are you etc.
It was a normal interview in the Tim Hortons franchise and I was given situations. After the interview I was given a call to inform me about my training.
Straightforward and simple questions like tell me about yourself, why this job and what is your greatest strength and weakness. How do you handle stressful situations? Questions may differ by location.
The process was easy. They asked basic questions, had me complete paperwork, and assigned laptop-based tasks. After finishing the assignments, they began the training process and explained the job responsibilities.
