I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Tim Hortons (Longueuil, QC) in Jan 2020
Interview
Went well, they asked me a few questions about my experience in customer service and if I was available for a few weeks. This is a review so I can just use the site. Pay walls are wasting my time and it's a ridiculous system
It was a very easy process. In general, it was a lot of behavioral questions which made the interview feel very stress free. I personally felt that it was more like a conversation which made it very easy to sit through and answer.
Good. they asked good questions. for example. Why would you like to work here. what do you like about tim hortons. do you like our coffee. do you know what a double double is.
It was a pretty relaxed and straightforward interview. The interviewer mainly asked about my past work experience, customer service skills, and availability. They also explained the job responsibilities and what a typical shift would look like.
