Interview
It was very easy, it was not structured as a formal interview. I was mainly just asked about my availability, such as what days can I work and if I can work in the mornings or afternoons. The manager also asked me to talk about myself such as where I go to school and how I found out about this job position.
The interview process was really easy. They asked me: Tell me about yourself, do you have customer service experience, what is your availability. Standard questions. Got hired on the spot.

Very friendly and straight forward process. I was contacted by HR after applying online on Indeed, and after a short phone interview, I was scheduled to have an in-person interview with the store manager.

With hiring manager at the store, questions and cv checked, nice manager and store was clean, they asked me questions about if I had done this work before and if I like to spend time in cooking
