I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Tim Hortons in Feb 2022
Interview
My interview was done on the phone, they asked me about my availability and once i told them they immediately hung up on me. No response of why they hung up on me. My availability could have been flexible but they didn't respond.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
basic questions like tell me about yourself, why you want to work here, what would you do situations, and availability.
Very smooth, asked a few questions about my experience and my work ethic. Followed by my availabilities and challenges from past work. Since my availabilities didn't work for them I was not chosen for the role.
