Tim Hortons Customer Service (CSR) interview questions

It was a one-time interview with the location manager done within 30 minutes in the branch I aplied to. Someone working in the branch referred me, I submitted my resume to the same location.

The manager called over phone to set up timing and asked for an interview date. Easy in person interview. One manager will generally ask questions. Better to have Customer service experience. Received a job offer in a few weeks of time.
