I had a pretty relaxed interview at Tim Hortons. The manager introduced themselves and asked me to talk a bit about myself. They mainly focused on things like: Have I worked in a team before? How would I handle a difficult customer? Can I manage busy shifts? They also checked my availability, asking if I could work early mornings or late shifts. Finally, they explained the job duties—like taking orders, working the drive-thru, and keeping the place clean.
