I wish I could sum it up in more than two words. But it's deceptively crappy. I was seated in the back of the store in a tiny office. Where I then was told to sit down and watch videos rather than have a human interaction
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Tim Hortons (Waterloo, ON) in Nov 2020
Interview
Manager I had the interview with didn't show up, so I had to do my interview with a different person. After the initial confusion, the job interview was very standard; why do you want to work here, when are you available, etc.
I spoke to a team member saying you come for interview, and then waited - The actual starting time passed scheduled. In the interview, manager asked the motives, the visa status, willing working hours etc.
