Tim Hortons Team Members interview questions

The interview was fairly informal, it was conducted at a nearby Hotel because the building wasn’t open. The questions weren’t difficult, but they asked for pay expectations so I undercut myself as I really wanted the job.

I applied online and got a call within a few days. The interview was in person with the manager, mainly about my availability, customer service experience, and teamwork. The whole process was simple and finished within a week.
