Toptal Freelance Java Developer interview questions

Round1(English speaking): It was quite easy. They want to know if you can speak proper english. Passed. Round2(Codility Test): I solve most of codility practice questions. There is 3 questions and 90 minutes to solve all of them. 1. question was quite easy 2. was moderate and 3. was difficult. You should focus to first two questions and think about edge cases and performance. Codility automatically calculate your result. I solved first two questions (100 and 80 points) and it was enıugh to pass it. Round3 Live Coding: They asked 2 questions and you have 15 minutes to solve each of questions. Questions were quite easy but i was panicked and didn't finish 2nd one so i failed(My fault). One month later i had another chance. This time the questions was really difficult to solve in 15 minutes. It was about a card game, i completely misunderstood the question. It was difficult to understand the interviewer also. I'ld say they have no standards in this round you either be lucky or not.
