Toptal Senior Frontend Developer-React JS interview questions

First, I had a short interview with a person to talk about the job position, salary, benefits. Secondly I had to schedule a meeting for the technical interview (first time the interviewer cancelled the interview 5 minutes before starting). When I had the meeting the interviewer gave me a link where I had the instructions, it was a react exercise. An app that I had to complete but in 30 minutes. Couldn't complete it on time so I failed the interview. Then a mail was sent letting me know that I had failed and I could ask for another interview in 90 days.
