3 part hiring process. First phone interview with recruiter to review resume. Second phone interview with hiring managers to discuss position and determine if it fits with experience. Third interview was a half day in person interview with several managers and the head of the department. Last interview was most technical and asked questions ranging from situational to problem solving.
