The interview itself was not bad, I spoke to three individuals and got to hear about what each do on a daily basis. The process after the interview was so unprofessional, it made me realize I wouldn't want to work for the company. I got three/ four deadlines as to when I would hear back with an answer and they kept pushing me off. I waited over three months for a response which is very unprofessional as other places gave me offers days after the interview. If I wouldn't have been emailing HR for updates I probably would have been ghosted just like others have been in the past. Would not recommend wasting your time!
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at TransUnion (Chicago, IL) in Dec 2018
Interview
The interview process started with an online application. I then received a questionnaire to fill out. It was then followed by a HR screening. The process was extremely slow. It took 2 weeks to hear back from the recruiter after filling out the form. We had a screening scheduled for 10:30am. I did not receive a call until 11:15 am-45 minutes late. NO APOLOGY whatsoever. He only said that another call ran late. Our conversation was good until he asked me availability for their onsite interview day. I was not able to make it onsite due to other plans. That completely shut off the recruiter. Said I would hear back in two weeks. Have not heard back since EXTREMELY UNPROFFESIONAL. Stay away at all costs.
There is only one interview process that you will be invited by HR by email and there were HR manager and one director to interview and asked you questions about your last working experiences or academic things.
