I applied the job online. The process took about 2 weeks.
One week after I had sent my resume, an HR office asked my brief information on phone and arranged an interview few days later.
There were 2 rounds for the interview. First an HR officer interviewed me and asked me about my personality and other details on my resume. The next interviewer was the department manager who I would report to in the future. Questions were about the duties of this job and there was no technical question. The interview took about 1 hour. I had the job offer few days after the interview.

Interview
Very casual interview. The hiring manager I interviewed with was nice and experienced. The conversation was no pressure. Just come prepare and you will do just fine. I ended up getting the job.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at UL Solutions (Melville, NY) in Mar 2018
Interview
I was emailed to schedule a phone interview about a week after applying for the position. That first interview lasted roughly 45 minutes, and went well enough that I was given the opportunity to schedule an in-person interview a week later. That meeting had two separate interviewers. Both went over my resume and asked situational questions to get a feel of how I was as a person. The second half of it, which was spent with my future supervisor, lasted about an hour. I've never had this happen in an interview before, but instead of focusing on the sheet of questions he had, we just had a really long conversation. I have to say, this was probably the best interview I ever had. By Tuesday of the following week (interview took place on a Friday afternoon) I received the job offer.
