I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Uber (Sydney) in Feb 2020
Interview
I had a phone interview with the hiring manager. Everything leading up to it was great, the recruiters were very nice and very responsive .
However, the interview was supposed to last for only 30 minutes. She was 6-7 minutes late, but then showed up. Instead of cutting to the chase, she started the interview with a very long introduction. She then proceeded to ask 3 questions, which were okay questions, but she didn't go into too much depth. Then, obviously, we ran out of time and she had to go very quickly.
I didn't get the job which I'm fine with (coincidentally I got hired by the big tech company she used to work for) but I did feel the interview process was unfair, as she was clearly in a hurry, didn't ask the right questions in such a short time frame.
It's funny because I just read another glassdoor review and I think we interviewed with the same person.
Entretien en 3 étapes (rh, manager et case). Process assez classique et case basé sur le job d’account manager avec de la data à traiter. Intéressant à réaliser et roleplay réaliste challengeant mais plaisant à faire.

Question 1
Pourquoi rejoindre Uber Eats et pourquoi le poste d’AM?
Online assessment, recruiter screening, HM behavioral round, panel interview with case study. Pretty standard process
Uber has one of the best recruiting processes I've ever seen. Recruiter was very fast at following up (either EOW or next day) and I heard they even give feedback if u don't make it to the next round
I applied online. I interviewed at Uber (New York, NY)
Interview
After I applied, I was invited to do an assessment. Following that, I had a recruiter interview, then a behavioral interview, and then a panel with a project and an additional behavioral interview.
