Interview
I found the job through Craigslist where they had a link to their main website. I applied on their website and even had to answer some analytical questions. Within 24 hours, I received an email that I was selected to proceed in the process and was asked to complete a "homework assignment". I completed it and sent it back within the 2-day deadline. I received an email within 24 hours stating I was not what they were looking for but thanked me for my time.

Online assessment, recruiter screening, HM behavioral round, panel interview with case study. Pretty standard process
Uber has one of the best recruiting processes I've ever seen. Recruiter was very fast at following up (either EOW or next day) and I heard they even give feedback if u don't make it to the next round

After I applied, I was invited to do an assessment. Following that, I had a recruiter interview, then a behavioral interview, and then a panel with a project and an additional behavioral interview.

Terrible process idk why they even had me interview when nobody showed up but I guess it’s alroght if they didn’t wanna itnerview me even though we had a meeting
