once you get an interview with people over zoom, there are 2 people on interview asking questions. situational questions and examples of when you were in different situations. what you think is important for the role etc.

Uber has one of the best recruiting processes I've ever seen. Recruiter was very fast at following up (either EOW or next day) and I heard they even give feedback if u don't make it to the next round
