Recruiters at Uber suck. Super unorganized . Forgets to set up interviews and calls you 2 months later. They should work on updating the interview process and getting better recruiters who know what they are doing.
Online assessment, recruiter screening, HM behavioral round, panel interview with case study. Pretty standard process
Uber has one of the best recruiting processes I've ever seen. Recruiter was very fast at following up (either EOW or next day) and I heard they even give feedback if u don't make it to the next round

Interview
After I applied, I was invited to do an assessment. Following that, I had a recruiter interview, then a behavioral interview, and then a panel with a project and an additional behavioral interview.

Terrible process idk why they even had me interview when nobody showed up but I guess it’s alroght if they didn’t wanna itnerview me even though we had a meeting
