I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Uber (Toronto, ON) in Aug 2025
Interview
1x coding+case study, 1x case study. 1 hour each. Back to back. Not hard if you come from that background. The interviewers were nice. I did not make it through this round but felt like if I came from the background it would have been more natural.

HR screen followed by two TPS, one coding +case, one project deep dive+case study. Onsite has three rounds, HM interview which contains BQ and case study, Bar Raiser round with BQ and case study, plus one coding round. Process took pretty long time, two months from contacted by the recruiter to the final decision.
2 technical - one case study and one python interview , 4-panel interview
The case study was around experimentation and uber 2-way marketplace. the python interview was on distributions. Panel interview was behavioural and case study.
It was a 15min phone screening with a tech recruiter, which was rescheduled twice due to reported connection issues on their end. They introduced the position and the team as well as the manager first, and then asked questions about the applicant.
