Uber Operations Associate interview questions

Applied through an internal reference, was expecting a screener call but instead was sent the assessment right away. Completed the assessment within 48 hrs, then received a turn down letter two days later saying I did not pass - the only weird thing is that my contact who referred me said I had passed the optimal scores. Probably just a competitive role and needed an easy way to turn down, but was a bit bummed they led me to doubt my excel skills.
