Uber Operations Manager interview questions

My process was quite standard for this position. 1) Analytics 32 questions test mainly to identify your working skills with Excel and raw data. It will take you 2 hrs without pauses. Make sure you do know how to use Excel fluently (especially pivot tables). If you're not sure (like me:) then you really need to practice before staring the test. You will get a 2 csv tables with a raw unsorted data (7 different parameters in one unsplitted cells like "0,12,8,10,5,4,1"; 300+ rows). You will need to split all the cells to succesfully sort and calculate this parameters with pivot tables and charts (way faster) or formulas (slower). And then answer different questions based on this numbers and several open questions mainly to identify your market sense. Applied online and received an email invite for a phone interview with a HR rep in Singapore. Phone interview ran for 25 minutes. HR rep didn't really seem that interested and fired off a few questions before indicating someone would be in touch. Head nothing, followed up with an email to inquire on the status of my application and no reply. Could at least close off the process with an automated no thanks email.
