Applied online for an internship in India, the process was quite long ( 3 months ). I had an interview with the art director, a kind minded and serious person. He asked me about my workflow and about the software I'm using. He let me talked without interrupting, it was a pleasant moment. The bad part was with the HR, which took sometimes several weeks to give news about the process.
