I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ubisoft (Quebec, QC) in Feb 2016
Interview
Email initially, followed up with a series of Skype interviews with various team members. The process was fairly standard but it was nice that they included several members of the art team instead of it being limited to HR. Follow up were quick and they were fairly open about expectations from the start.

Question 1
How I went about my design process and how that would relate and operate with their art pipeline.
Dommage.
Clear communication from the hiring manager, in a timely manner and with clear intentions and expected goals. Communication thru linkedin and mail. However a bit more feedback when not moving forward could've been a plus.
