I had an initial phone interview and then an in person interview at their offices. The phone interview was with an HR person but the in person one was with my would-be supervisor and a colleague, both of whom were friendly and highly knowledgeable.

The interview went straight forward as informal discussion between engineers in the same team. Problem was given and solution was conducted together with discussion about tradeoff. The interviewer didn't stress the candidate about time and let enough time at the end to discuss some challenge in the team.

The i received an offer 2 weeks after the interview. Offer. I know some people at Ubisoft. Not much more than that. It was à normal process.
