The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ubisoft (Milão) in Nov 2019
Interview
It's divided between a technical and a personal interview.
Nothing particularly out of the ordinary, classic multiple selection questions, a bit of back and forward regarding various programming concept and or designs. A bit too long (about 4h in total), but this was before covid thus in person.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Ubisoft (Montpellier) in Nov 2017
Interview
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Ubisoft (Bucareste, ) in Feb 2015
Interview
First I did a short HR phone interview, then a 2 hours written (technical) test (a really long test to do in 2 hours), a longer HR interview and two technical interviews also by phone (20 min each, with different Lead programmers).
I applied through the graduate program, on December of the previous year. I will say, based on my college classmates who also got answered and those who don't, that they do no consider candidates who haven't done an internship.
