I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ubisoft (Singapura) in Sep 2016
Interview
I was referred by a friend who knows someone at Ubisoft.
I must say I NEVER wrote an interview review on Glassdoor but felt really unhappy about my experience with Ubisoft interview process that I thought this should be beneficial for others.
This was a phone screening interview. I read many employee reviews on Glassdoor and got the impression of a highly political environment. I felt that was reflected very much during the interview.
Some might say I did not 'click' with the interviewer, but this was actually different. I actually noticed in his voice some form of contempt towards me. The interviewer simply ran through my profile on LinkedIn, ask have I done in each position and why have I left. But beyond that, the kind of questions asked were very 'provoking' and left me feeling lots of judgement and criticism from his side. Towards the end of the session I was asked what would be my ideal role and when I described basicly the role I have applied for the answer I got was "so that is what you really want?"
Again, it is probably a misfit into their office culture or maybe the interviewer believes I do not have the skill/experience to match which is totally fine. However the feeling of contempt and him almost laughing at me - that he could not hide during the interview. You might say this is a classic Aesop's fables - the fox and the grapes.. but if I were you about to interview or even work for Ubisoft - I would stay away. There are better options out there.

Question 1
A generic review over my linkedIn profile. What did you do here, why did you leave, what do you want to do next.
