Recruiter call, followed by Tech screening by a lead. The interviewer should be trained on how to interview a person coming in for the EM role. Asking questions like when IDE , CI/CD tool to an Engineering manager who doesn't code seemed stupid. The interviewer's Communication was pretty bad, was asking questions and changing context too quickly. Was too confusing.Was trying to cover too much ground in a 45 mins scheduled call which he extended to 1 hr without even asking if it works for me.
