they didn't care who they hired at the time, and they just wanted people to set up the store so as long as you could work the first few weeks of setting up the store they didn't care who you were or if you were there for a week or less.

The interview process was relaxed and pretty straightforward. The questions were all basic customer service interview questions, and the entire process was fairly easy. Have plenty of examples of times your actions have been in line with the company's core values. Structure your answers using CAR (Circumstances, Action, Results)
