I applied and got a phone call the same day. We set up a phone interview. The phone interview only lasted about 20 minutes. The manager probably asked about 15 questions and most of the questions were give me an example style.

Straight-forward. One in person one on one interview with a manager. Short process and the manager was friendly. This was during the seasonal hiring time so I started working ASAP.
Scenario-based and behavioral questions. Many in relation to customers and management. I was asked a little bit about the public-facing descriptions in my resume; it was nothing too difficult. I felt confident that I got the job by the end.
