Somewhat in-formal. Discussed my goals and expertise together to decide if the position was a good fit. It made the experience collaborative, and we ultimately decided that a management position is what I’m best fit for.

Straight-forward. One in person one on one interview with a manager. Short process and the manager was friendly. This was during the seasonal hiring time so I started working ASAP.
Scenario-based and behavioral questions. Many in relation to customers and management. I was asked a little bit about the public-facing descriptions in my resume; it was nothing too difficult. I felt confident that I got the job by the end.
