Interview
I applied online to work at my local Ulta. The online application was pretty simple and to the point. I heard back a few weeks later. I was scheduled to come in for an interview a few days later. I came in, asked for the GM and met with her in the back. We sat in her office and had a pretty simple interview. The majority of the questions were just simple get to know you questions as well as behavioral questions. Asked about previous employment and how I would handle angry customers etc. After the interview, she offered me the job right on the spot.

Straight-forward. One in person one on one interview with a manager. Short process and the manager was friendly. This was during the seasonal hiring time so I started working ASAP.
Scenario-based and behavioral questions. Many in relation to customers and management. I was asked a little bit about the public-facing descriptions in my resume; it was nothing too difficult. I felt confident that I got the job by the end.
