I was interviewed in a group setting. It was for a seasonal position, so there were about 8 of us in my group being interviewed. We were interviewed by the general manager and the assistant manager. It was a pretty laid back setting and we all started chatting after the official interview was over.

You're asked about your previous work experience and if you have any transferrable skills to contribute to the workplace. Personality alignment and foreign languages were mentioned as well. They asked me about scheduling preferences and gave me a date for training.

Straight-forward. One in person one on one interview with a manager. Short process and the manager was friendly. This was during the seasonal hiring time so I started working ASAP.
