Ulta Beauty interview questions

You apply on their website for whichever job position you'd like and call them a few days later so that they look at your application AFTER you've applied. They will call you back for an interview date and once in the interview they will ask you why you want to work with cosmetics and what your expectations of the job are/ why you think you're a good fit.
