Ulta Beauty interview questions

I found the opening through LinkedIn and reached out to the recruiter to identify the hiring manager. I then reached out to the District Manager through Linked In and the recruiter schedule a coffee conversation with the DM and myself. The DM shared a lot about herself and the company's focus on Organized Retail Crime.

They asked questions about my development background and what type of position I was looking for. Company culture came up and there seemed to be a group of heavily focused developers and needed more best practices.
