This was worst interview I've ever had. I was a salon employee of Ulta Beauty for 6 years before applying for the Services Manager position. Going into the interview, I felt confident considering my experience with Ulta, but I was mistaken. Some of the questions were confusing and impossible. I felt set up for failure and hung up from my phone interview feeling horrible about myself. After taking a break from Ulta to go to school, I had every intention of returning but not anymore. Reading the reviews from the other interviews all saying something similar just solidified my decision never to return.

Interview
Quick turnaround. Pleasant. They asked basic questions and my interviewer was quick with getting back to me. I was given a good pay rate and took the offer. Training was also a good, easy and fast process. They are willing to take the time to train you well.
