Ulta Beauty interview questions

I had four interviews in total within two weeks. The first was with a recruiter via teams or zoom. The second was with the store manager via phone. The third was in person with my store manager. The fourth was with my district manager via phone. After being offered the position it was dependent on a drug screen and background check.

Interview was average and typical of the interview process. They asked you situational questions and what would you do in those situations. Like customer service questions and group collaboration activities.
