They will call you after they review your application and then you will go ahead and schedule an interview and come to the store and chat. They were nice and the interview was quick.

Recruiter reached out to set up interview. Had a great conversation. Recruiter said he would follow up with if a few days to set up next interview. I sent follow up email after 5 days with no response. Disappointed about no follow up.
