Ulta Beauty interview questions

They ask you’re typical behavioral/situational based questions. Will ask you about brands you like and how you would upsell products. Also, will ask how comfortable you’d be promoting the credit card and loyalty program on a daily basis.

There was a group interview with 4 other ladies. She went around the room asking each lady the same question. I don’t remember everything- some things that were asked were “describe a time you worked in a team to accomplish a goal”
