The interview process was very relaxed for me, the store manager seemed energetic and caring, on top of running a smooth operation. My interview was based both off of a list of questions the company gives, as well as chatting for her to get a sense of who I am, at least that's how I interpreted it.

Those seeking a job with this company they are most interested in you coming from a very large store similar to a target or Walmart rather than a boutique.

Pros:
-Upbeat environment
-Friendly front house employees
-Seems like a good environment to work for beauty enthusiasts
Cons:
-Hard to get hired (bias towards who they want to hire)
-Interviewer seemed dry/not interested
-Follow up on job application has been slow
