Ulta Beauty interview questions

Received phone call about phone interview offer after about a month. They really only had one available interview date and basically just told me what time they would call me. Interview was pretty basic and the person making the interview was pretty nice.

3 interviews, all women I talked to were in leadership roles, and have worked their way up through the company. They are educated and professional and yet completely down to earth where there was no true nervousness as soon as the interview began.
