Ulta Beauty interview questions

The interview is very relaxed and casual. I had my interview with one additional person so in some ways that was nice as I wasn't exactly alone. I was offered an interview after calling them to get the name of the hiring manager; she was the one who had picked up and gave me an interview for later that same week. Although I didn't get the job, I think overall it's a good opportunity for any high school student who has yet to gain an work experience due to the casual environment of the place.

Because of Covid, my interview was over the phone. It was one phone call, and I was hired on the spot although I don't believe that is normal. Typically there is an in-person as well.
