As would be expected, dress business casual (no jeans/sneakers). Putting effort into hair & makeup is also helpful, as it shows that you're willing to do the same when you go to work each day. It's not about being "traditionally attractive" but about expressing your individuality with your style. Think about your past customer service experience and be ready to speak to it: how do you deal with difficult customers? Think of an instance in which you dealt with a challenging guest and it ended well and an instance in which it did not. What interests you about working at Ulta? Is your schedule flexible? Do you have an interest in growing with the company? All good things to consider!
Group interview with around 3 other people. It was really awkward but not to difficult. Out of everyone in the group interview I was the only one to get the job and I do not know why I was picked over the others.
